Whoo-hoo! I'm 3/4 of the way done with the free-motion quilting, and I've run through 3.5 bobbins of thread so far - this is the only reason I stopped. I'm determined to get this done tonight! My poor neighbors... I hope they can't hear my sewing machine roaring away.
Now the next question is... how am I going to bind it?
good to have a sense of how much thread is needed. What did you use as thread? Regular? Cotton? Quilting thread?
ReplyDeleteI used Coats & Clark all-cotton thread. And I ended up using about four bobbins.
